There's a say that goes "good things come to those who wait". I say Amen. MF Doom re-releases Operation: Doomsday on his record label Metal Face Records. The history of MF DOOM's debut album OPERATION: DOOMSDAY is a spotty one - it's been released in at least two different versions on different labels, out of print, bootlegged, and even released once with a cheap scan of the original cover.
LUNCH BOX 2/CD and METAL 4/LP BOX each containing a 32-page lyric book, and set of 10 cards with images of the Operation Doomsday MCs.

I have great respect for Tom Ford for being one of the most influantial designers in the last decade. This being Ford’s first women’s collection since he left Gucci in 2004 had a lot to do with the interest, as did his choice in models – Beyonce, Daphne Guinness, Karen Elson, Kikuchi Rinko, Chanel Iman and Juliane Moore all taking there turn for Terry Richardson on the runway as Tom Ford announced them retro-style from the sidelines.
