THE HUNDREDS LAUNCH THEIR NEW MAGAZINE
The good folks at THE HUNDREDS have jus launch a magazine with Olivia Munn on the cover.
“Inside you’ll find the regular columns, new Ask Yasi (with DJ AM (RIP), Dom Kennedy, and Dave Choe), A Day in the Life of… ynoT?, Umi Says, Ben’s food reviews, and my (somewhat questionable) music reviews. There’s a comic strip, fashion editorial, previews of our Holiday 2009 range, etc…. The editorial consists of interviews with artists Lance Montoya and Jun Cha, actor Bryan Greenberg, and of course, our cover story with the lovely Olivia Munn. Plus, you get some free The Hundreds shoelaces out of the whole deal.”

PEANUT BUTTER WOLF X CONVERSE CHUCK TAYLOR HI "999"
As a symbolic token to commemorate his 999 tour, Converse has constructed a unique Chuck Taylor Hi for musical artist, Peanut Butter Wolf. Pearly white Chucks serve as the canvas, literally, for a big bad wolf drawn by James Reitano.
For two years now, Peanut Butter Wolf has exerted himself via his single numeral, triple digit entitled tours in which he performs in the given numeral’s amount of area codes, in that number of nights, and ending on that day of the month in that number’s year. Sounds complicated and repetitive, right? Here’s an example, his 999 tour is the chronological sequel to both his 777 and 888 tours and will cover 9 area codes in nine nights and culminate on September 9, 2009.
For those of you feeling these Chucks you have a chance, albeit a small one, to gnash your teeth or swipe your paws at one of the nine pairs available. Peanut Butter Wolf will be giving away a pair at each stop of his 999 tour and you can enter yourself into the giveaway at Stones Throw.
